FREE Flexor MS Outlook CTI S/W with Snom IP Phones

Snom are now including a free Flexor for Microsoft Outlook licence with all their Series 3 IP phones and the new SNOM-820 colour display handset. The market-leading Snom Flexor for MS Outlook CTI software has been developed in conjunction with Camrivox, and enables users of Snom-300/320/360/370 and Snom-820 VoIP telephones to integrate their telephony, simply and conveniently, with Outlook. All the advantages of integration, such as click-to-dial, contact screen pop-ups and call logs, are now available to users completely free and without any time limit.

The free Flexor for MS Outlook licence is available via download (see link below). The download process is very straight forward - once the Snom Flexor CTI software is downloaded onto your desktop it automatically integrates the Snom telephone with Microsoft Outlook. Snom Flexor CTI software requires no additional servers or external IT support making it an ideal solution for small to medium sized businesses to manage high call rates and increase productivity.

Snom Flexor CTI for Outlook delivers more efficient and convenient telephony by managing all call activity from within Microsoft Outlook. The integration features click-to-dial enabling phone numbers to be dialled straight from Outlook, on-screen call control, contact screen pop-ups for incoming calls, and simple call reporting. Furthermore, users are able to record notes in Outlook Journal entries during a call and have these saved against each contact record to generate a structured call log for each contact.
